At SOTAI, I build production AI agents and the software around them. For a Mexican streetwear e-commerce brand, I shipped a WhatsApp and Instagram support agent that cut a five-person workload of about 800 messages a day to about 25 cases handled by one person.

I rebuilt the system as a multi-agent DM platform on n8n, and took the brand’s loyalty and product-authenticity app from proof of concept to the App Store and Google Play. I also designed its server-authoritative loyalty engine, which credited 338,850 points with zero ledger mismatches.

At SOTAI, I’ve also built products including Zoe, a sales and support agent, and an agentic macOS video editor with an LLM evaluation harness. Earlier, I designed WhatsApp sales agents and contributed to a B2B lead-generation SaaS at Aurex Systems, after operations and production roles at Padel VIP and Grupo Cons.
