I am an experienced policy professional and project manager with a strong background in leading global initiatives, translating complex ideas into clear strategies, and bridging the gap between technical realities and actionable policy. At the United Nations Office on Drugs and Crime (UNODC), I have designed and implemented cross-cutting frameworks, guided organization-wide consultations, and built collaborative partnerships across governments, international organizations, civil society, and the private sector.
As emerging technologies reshape the landscape of international governance, I am deepening my expertise at this intersection through LSE's Certificate in AI: Law, Policy and Governance. I bring this lens to my policy work — thinking critically about how AI and digital innovation can be harnessed responsibly, equitably, and in ways that protect the rights and opportunities of future generations.

Work history, roles, and key accomplishments
• Represented UNODC in intergovernmental and public forums, enhancing advocacy and visibility for youth issues.
• Designed and implemented a youth engagement mechanism for the 15th Crime Congress, ensuring meaningful participation of young people in intergovernmental processes.
• Developed a comprehensive training curriculum on meaningful youth engagement.
• Designed and launched the Youth Empowerment Accelerator (YEA!) Framework, improving stakeholder coordination and engagement across multiple offices. Used and applied monitoring, evaluation and learning (MEL) metrics to demonstrate improvement in meaningful youth engagement at UNODC.
• Co-convened a high-level thematic debate at the United Nations General Assembly, focusing on youth empowerment.
• Developed advocacy materials, including web and print communications, that highlighted UNODC's role in the 2030 Agenda for Sustainable Development, effectively reaching both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Facilitated a working group on AI, addressing governance risks and promoting responsible AI, while supporting inter-agency collaboration on digital transformation.

• Managed online elections for over 50 organizations by configuring secure and accessible digital voting platforms, ensuring operational efficiency and compliance.
