Led product discovery and delivery for B2B web and B2B2C products with a 4-person engineering/design team, translating an ambiguous transparency problem into MVP scope, roadmap, onboarding, and early validation.

Founded and built a financial consulting business from zero to approximately $1M ARR and 100+ client accounts, creating a repeatable enterprise delivery and sales model. Exited through a sale to a national leader in valuation and financial consulting.

Led a 5-person team on shareholder-side M&A and strategic transactions around $1B, coordinating complex multi-stakeholder workstreams and executive decision-making. Supported raising more than $1B in foreign capital for the largest Russian automaker.
