At Ricoh, I led failure-prediction models for RICOH @Remote Service using terabytes of data, and built Japanese and English text-mining tools from call-center data to improve remote maintenance, reduce visit costs, and shorten communication time.
Across Mitsubishi Fuso, Creationline, and University of Tokyo research, I've delivered predictive maintenance, fuel-efficiency, warranty-fraud, logistics-optimization, driving-assistance, remote-sensing, and GIS solutions. I bring a Ph.D. and 10 years of industry data-science experience across machine learning, statistics, data mining, optimization, and programming.
