What I'm looking for

I'm looking for a product, project, or team leadership role where I can improve SaaS delivery, customer adoption, technical operations, and cross-functional execution.

At Celusion Technologies, I led SaaS customer accounts, technical escalations, product feature delivery, billing reporting, and roadmap coordination across banking, gaming, health, education, and lending customers. I worked with development and testing teams to resolve issues, deliver new services, improve user adoption through technical training, and support revenue growth.

Previously, I supported Vodafone applications at ZEEL INFOTECH, coordinating patches, server configuration, security and fraud support, and application activity. I also built projects including an online pizza ordering system in C#, ASP.NET, and SQL Server, alongside hardware security and motion-sensing solutions.
