What I'm looking for

I’m looking for a role where I can support diverse clients with active listening and crisis de-escalation while keeping data accurate and confidential. I want a fast-paced team that values professionalism, empathy, and measurable improvements.

I’m a Customer Service Associate at Barnes & Noble, where I provide individualized support and recommendations to diverse clients while staying calm and focused in fast-paced, high-pressure situations. I handle high-stress moments by de-escalating conflicts and ensuring a safe, positive environment. I also manage sensitive customer information with discretion and professionalism.

In addition to customer service, I’ve completed a Data Entry Intern role at Centro San Antonio, maintaining accuracy and confidentiality in high-volume data entry. I organized and updated records to improve information retrieval and efficiency, and I used MS Excel to track and analyze data that supported program evaluation and client services. I bring strong attention to detail, analytical thinking, and accountability to every task.
