With over 30 years in the hospitality industry, I have honed my skills in leadership, training, and operational excellence. My career has been dedicated to helping hospitality companies achieve success through effective management and strategic planning. I believe in the power of empathy and honest feedback, which I incorporate into my leadership style to foster a positive work environment.

Throughout my career, I have held various roles, including Area Manager of F&B at One Pack Hospitality, where I standardized operational procedures and implemented new POS systems. As the owner/operator of KJ Hospitality Consultants, I assisted multiple companies in menu development and training manual creation. My experience as Site Manager at Sodexo Remote Sites allowed me to turn around a failing offshore operation, achieving over 1000 days incident-free and significantly improving performance reviews.
