I’m a detail-oriented, results-driven Software & Network Engineer and IT professional. I focus on networking, systems administration, database management, and enterprise retail systems—delivering dependable technology that supports business growth.
In my current role, I support end-user services from workstation provisioning through troubleshooting and performance optimization. I manage database environments with SQL Server and MySQL, administer Windows Server and Active Directory, and keep systems stable through monitoring, configuration backups, and firewall maintenance.
I also lead practical infrastructure deployments, including Ubiquiti wireless setups managed via Cloud Key and UniFi Controller, and VoIP administration across Avaya and FreePBX. I work with Jira and osTicket to manage service delivery and ensure security-aligned user lifecycle management, including onboarding and access control.
