What I'm looking for

I'm looking for an IT support or cloud support role where I can troubleshoot systems, support users and field teams, build on Linux and cloud training, and contribute to reliable day-to-day operations.

I've supported payment operations at Global Accelerex Limited by installing and configuring base applications on Linux and Android POS terminals.

I profile and provision payment terminals through Terminal Management Systems, diagnose configuration-related malfunctions, and provide remote troubleshooting support to field agents. I also register devices in structured Excel reports to support operational tracking.

During high-volume transaction periods, I collaborate with customer service and field teams to help minimize service downtime.

Through ICT and academic support work at JC Heritage Royal School and AWS re/Start training, I've continued building practical foundations in computer support, Linux, cloud concepts, documentation, and user assistance.
