What I'm looking for

I'm looking for a remote operations or B2C account management role where I can use my client relationship, administrative, financial, and media communication skills to streamline processes, solve problems, and help a business operate efficiently.

I run Kim Wagner Art, managing commissioned artwork from client consultations and quotations through scheduling, invoicing, marketing, packaging, and nationwide shipping.

My work combines hands-on business operations with personalised customer service. I maintain customer records, create social content, and build an online presence while managing project timelines independently.

At WORLD FOCUS, I supported front-of-house, reception, payments, cash reconciliations, staff wages, stock control, and customer enquiries in a fast-paced hospitality environment. I also managed artist coordination and creative direction for Abstract703, shaping branding, promotional campaigns, and visual content.

My background in radio presenting, visual arts, hospitality, administration, and client-facing work has made me comfortable communicating with diverse audiences and solving problems under pressure. I'm growing my own business while pursuing remote administrative, virtual assistant, customer support, operations, and B2C account management opportunities.
