I’m looking for hands-on work in the F&B industry, from store-floor operations to chain media content creation. I’m available 3–4 days a week and eager to learn on the ground and build a long-term brand career.

At SUNEXT.AI, I researched enterprise AI use cases and used Python scripts to collect and clean public social discussions for consumer trend and market analysis. I also built lightweight HTML/JS dashboards to visualize sentiment and keyword frequencies.

For my F&B consumer behavior case study, I analyzed 54,000+ public social mentions and customer reviews, then identified concerns about takeaway seafood freshness and proposed behind-the-scenes TikTok video angles. As TikTok channel manager and content creator for ChimSonCaMediaTeam, I scripted, filmed, and edited videos that reached 119,800+ views.
