I am a dedicated and hardworking professional with a strong background in patient experience coordination and office management. With over nine years of experience as a receptionist and three years as an office coordinator, I have honed my skills in communication, organization, and multitasking. My positive attitude and ability to foster a friendly environment have consistently contributed to the success of the teams I have been part of.

Currently, I serve as a Patient Experience Coordinator-Float at Athletico Physical Therapy, where I cover multiple clinics, train new staff, and assist in integrating new programs. My role requires me to manage patient schedules, maintain confidentiality, and ensure a smooth operation across various locations. I take pride in my ability to create a welcoming atmosphere for patients while supporting therapists and technicians in a fast-paced environment.

My educational background includes an Associate of Science degree from Monroe County Community College, where I graduated in May 2022. I have also participated in various training courses focused on communication, leadership, and customer service. I am eager to bring my skills and experience to a new opportunity where I can continue to contribute positively to patient care and team success.
