I’m a Project Manager, Client Relations & Human Resources, overseeing budgeting, forecasting, payroll, staffing, and compliance while driving strong client and vendor relationships. I lead HR end-to-end—recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and staff development—so distributed teams can execute consistently.

I’m known for building policies and procedures that improve organizational efficiency and employee engagement. I also focus on process optimization, translating operational needs into clear workflows that support business growth across multiple industries.

Before my current leadership focus, I built clinical and customer-facing expertise through work as a Respiratory Therapist and as a Private English Tutor. That background strengthened how I communicate, schedule effectively, and deliver patient and learner-focused care—whether collaborating with medical teams or tailoring lessons to diverse students.
