What I'm looking for

I seek a customer-focused role where I can apply my classroom assistance and customer-service skills, work within a supportive team, and grow professionally.

I am a motivated education and customer service professional holding an NCTVET Certificate in Customer Service and pursuing a Practical Nursing certificate (pending 2025). I bring a strong work ethic and dedication to delivering exceptional service.

As an assistant teacher (Grades 1 & 2), I support classroom learning by assisting with lesson activities, supervising students, and communicating with parents and staff to promote student growth and a positive learning environment.

I also have hands-on retail experience as a cashier handling cash and POS operations, strong telephone and customer-service skills, and proficiency in Microsoft Office; I am seeking a customer-focused role where I can contribute reliability, strong communication, and ongoing professional growth.
