I’m a Web Development Researcher who uses thorough research to resolve complex issues and support the development of a reliable website for the business. I planned, modified, and implemented research methodology, processes, and tests to ensure my work moves from findings to workable outcomes.

I worked with the leadership team to identify pertinent questions and choose the best approaches for website development. Using the needs I gathered, I developed a website based on research findings and practical requirements from the company.

I also bring hands-on IT networking and support experience from my Assistant IT Networking, Intern role, where I terminated and connected RJ45 connectors, diagnosed network connectivity issues, and supported uninterrupted internet access. I performed computer maintenance (including system formatting and installing Windows and software), and I apply careful data curation techniques like sorting and filtering to support data-driven decisions—always with a focus on building secure, scalable IT solutions.
