I’m a Business Analyst with an MBA background and a strong record of translating stakeholder needs into structured deliverables—BRDs, RTMs, and test-ready requirements. I’ve worked across client-facing product delivery, operational onboarding, and evaluation projects tied to AI behavior and quality.

In my current role at Turing, I advanced a next-gen AI training workflow through RLHF by delivering 1,700+ high-difficulty LSAT questions across 30 question types. I produce structured solutions, run detailed error analysis, and generate failure-pattern reports using Turing’s internal RLHF tool, while also contributing to conversational AI evaluation with rubric-based logging of intended responses and model outputs.

At GreatFour Systems, I led business documentation and implementation support—from defining scope, deliverables, and milestones to ensuring smooth deployment of Harmony and Drishti. I act as the first line of defense for prompt issue identification and resolution, run end-to-end testing with QA coordination, and conduct UAT sessions with clients to validate business outcomes. I also facilitate implementation and data migration using SQL and DB scripts, and maintain strong client relationships through requirement clarification sessions, feedback loops, and user-ready instructional content.

Earlier, as a Product Manager at ThreePointOLabs, I ideated NPO360 from scratch and drafted foundational blueprints for related initiatives while conceptualizing compliance modules for NPOs in the Indian market. I also built and launched a BFSI skill development portal on AWS for 10k+ students and supported traction through targeted marketing, and I bring operational rigor from my Senior Executive Procurement experience at Dr Oetker—driving process automation, improving OTIF performance, onboarding suppliers with due-diligence workflows, and using Dynamics 365 for execution.
