I’m a Senior Business Analyst with over 6 years of experience, currently focused on LLM features and prompt engineering workflows in enterprise SaaS. I work between product and data science by defining requirements engineers can build from, setting ground-truth validation for model output, and catching data and architecture gaps early rather than mid-sprint.
Most recently, I’ve owned AI feature requirements for LLM prompt refinements, validation logic, and a ServiceNow API integration across Ascend AI Analytics and Kinetic ERP platforms for both cloud and on-prem enterprise clients. I also wrote BRDs and user stories for a data-lineage feature, ran pre-build investigations to confirm real dependencies, and overhauled the project’s Definition of Done to realign Jira processes with stakeholder expectations.
Before that, I led Passport AI delivery at Euromonitor International by managing the delivery lifecycle with data science and engineering for Text-to-SQL features and classifier tuning. I defined acceptance criteria to align structured SQL taxonomies with LLM chat responses, ran UAT against ground-truth datasets, built Google Analytics and GTM dashboards for feature triaging, and mentored junior analysts on framing requirements for machine learning work.
