What I'm looking for

I'm looking to build and improve operational systems, lead cross-functional programs, and support organizations navigating growth or transition. I value mission-driven work, clear collaboration, discretion with sensitive information, and opportunities to apply global and cross-cultural experience.

I direct global service portfolios and build the operational infrastructure organizations need during transition. At Cartus, I owned client relationships and service delivery across a $1.3M intercultural relocation portfolio spanning 400+ active programs.

At Southern Education Foundation, I advised finance leadership on time-sensitive cross-functional initiatives and built project governance, SharePoint infrastructure, HR data processes, internal communications, and a nine-procedure HR SOP library. I use practical systems to improve visibility, accessibility, data integrity, and execution.

My background also includes CRM and influencer operations at Soothi, real estate transaction administration at Coldwell Banker West Shell, and HR, payroll, training, purchasing, and compliance support for Procter & Gamble operations.

I'm fluent in French and bring cross-cultural program experience from teaching English in France, where I designed 50+ lesson plans supporting 200+ students. I’m comfortable stepping into ambiguity, building what is missing, and handling confidential work with discretion.
