I’m a client-facing healthcare IT consultant with 4+ years of experience helping enterprise provider organizations improve population health workflows, quality program reporting, and technical issue resolution.

I’m an SME in Oracle Health HealtheRegistries and value-based care catalogs, including HEDIS, MIPS, ACO, APP+, and eCQMs/CQMs. I’m known for strong stakeholder communication, troubleshooting complex issues across teams, and driving root-cause outcomes that prevent recurrence.

In my current role as a Population Health Management Consultant and HEDIS Program Owner, I support 30+ healthcare clients by building trusted relationships with IT and operational stakeholders. I lead troubleshooting and enablement by translating complex configurations and workflows into clear, actionable steps for providers and support staff.
