At Partners Health Management, I lead HEDIS MY2025 compliance, audit preparation, and quality measure reporting for a North Carolina Medicaid Tailored Plan. I coordinated audit submissions that earned 100% across all NAV audit indicators and built HEDIS infrastructure including the MY2025 Roadmap and quality assurance documentation.
Previously, I spearheaded Centene's Enterprise Stars Improvement program and managed clinical quality at HealthyBlue North Carolina / BCBS. I also partnered with DHHS to launch Medicaid managed care for HealthyBlue NC and managed EPSDT Federal requirements for children.
