I've led employee relations and HR operations for Children Choice Learning Center across 12 preschool locations, supporting more than 300 employees. I resolved complex workplace conflicts, conducted internal compliance audits, and translated HR metrics into workforce-planning insights for senior leadership.

At San Diego Unified School District, I served as a primary HR contact for employee relations, district policies, ADAAA accommodations, and leave-of-absence protocols. I also supported full-cycle recruitment, onboarding, labor relations coordination, and training for HR staff serving caregivers and educators.

Over nine years with San Diego County Water Authority, I provided executive-level support to HR and Engineering while managing records, document control, public-records processes, and construction-site compliance. I focused on data integrity, regulatory documentation, and practical process improvements.

Across my work, I align HR policy with organizational goals, maintain accurate HRIS and personnel data, and help leaders act on workforce trends in complex, multi-state environments.
