I’m looking to drive measurable improvements in customer experience—using QA, AI process optimization, and technical troubleshooting—to raise CSAT and revenue protection while mentoring teams and owning escalations.

As a Product Experience Analyst at US Mobile, I leverage my background in food science and technology to ensure the quality and safety of our products. I have over 1.5 years of experience in this role, where I conduct site inspections, safety audits, and implement food safety management systems. Prior to this, I worked as a Customer Support Specialist at ibex, assisting customers with their concerns and providing solid resolutions. I hold a Bachelor's degree in Food Science and Technology from Curtin University and a Diploma of Health Sciences from Curtin College. I am passionate about applying my knowledge and skills to create positive customer experiences and ensure product excellence.
