I have trained new agents, supported onboarding, monitored performance, and handled inbound and outbound customer interactions with empathy and accuracy.

I bring practical skills in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint), intermediate Excel proficiency applied in academic projects, strong written and verbal communication, time management, and team collaboration. I hold a Code 10 driver’s licence and am completing a Diploma in Business Administration with a focus on supply chain management.
