What I'm looking for

I’m looking for a role where I can combine Power BI and analytics with B2B commercial support—using traffic/capacity insights and KPIs to drive demand planning, revenue improvement, and better service quality.

I’m a B2B Sales & Power BI Data Analyst with a hybrid background in telecom traffic and network capacity analysis, turning KPIs into actionable decisions for Business and Wholesale teams.

In my current role as a Traffic Data & capacity Sales Expert, I monitor key performance indicators, build Power BI dashboards, and deliver regular performance reporting. I also use Python to anticipate demand, optimize capacity planning, and support commercial and technical stakeholders in improving revenue, service quality, and profitability.

Before that, as a Product Owner at SFM Technologies, I helped grow market opportunities for an energy optimization solution by analyzing customer needs, tracking tenders, and coordinating responses. I also contributed to defining and enhancing Voltix dashboard features, supported by requirement gathering, prioritization, and continuous analysis of feedback and usage data.
