What I'm looking for

I'm seeking a junior or entry-level remote role in business analysis, data analysis, BI, or a related field where I can solve real business problems, learn from experienced professionals, and grow through hands-on data-driven work.

I've completed an HR performance analysis and prediction project during a five-month internship at Orange Tunisia, using data to support HR decision-making.

I prepared and explored data, built interactive Power BI dashboards, analyzed KPIs, identified employee patterns, and developed predictive models. My work combined Power Query, Power Pivot, DAX, Excel, SQL, Python, Pandas, Scikit-learn, XGBoost, and K-means clustering.

I'm building my professional foundation through a Master's degree in Business Analytics at ESPRIT School of Business.

I'm motivated by real business problems and enjoy transforming data into reliable, useful insights for reporting and decision support. I'm open to remote junior opportunities where I can learn from experienced teams and take on increasing responsibility in data-driven projects.
