I am a computer engineer focused on business intelligence, ERP and data analysis, driven to deliver performance-oriented solutions that enable digital transformation and process optimization.

I have practical experience building BI solutions and automation tools, including Power Apps, Dataverse integrations, and Power BI dashboards that reduced manual data entry by 40% and produced actionable SLA reports.

My academic projects applied data cleaning, data mining and machine learning using R and Python and produced cross-platform dashboards to predict job duration and classify job types.
