Built and maintained 10–20 SOPs and coordinated bookings via Travefy and invoicing via Flywire, while iterating the website and running email/social campaigns.

Delivered 30–37 lessons per week independently (in-person and online) for a regular base of 60–70 students, handling scheduling, planning, delivery, and reporting. Provided structured curriculum instruction, one-on-one coaching, and tailored support for diverse learner profiles including business professionals and children.
