Khaled User

I’m a Computer Science student with a strong foundation in AI/ML, deep learning, and full-stack web development. I enjoy turning real-world data into practical models and usable products, whether it’s medical research or web platforms.

In my current role at the Digital Egypt Pioneers Initiative (DEPI), I work as a Data Analyst under the national program, applying data analysis techniques to real-world datasets. Alongside that, I’ve built structured technical depth through intensive training and internships, including Java development and cyber security.

My research and project work is centered on CNN-based classification, often using real-world medical and food datasets. I built an X-Ray AI lung disease classifier using the NIH Chest X-ray dataset, trained CNNs with TensorFlow/PyTorch for model training and optimization, and developed classification systems like the Medullary Sponge Kidney Classifier and SugaryFood Detection (Food-101).

I also care about delivering real experiences, not just models—so I’ve designed and built a STEM school website and developed responsive web projects through the Egypt FWD initiative. My efforts have been recognized with National ISEF 3rd Place and an ITC finalist spot, and I’m motivated to keep building impact-focused data and AI solutions.
