What I'm looking for

I'm looking to build Business Intelligence solutions that turn complex operational data into trusted dashboards, automated workflows, and actionable decision support.

I've led Business Intelligence initiatives at Indonesia's Directorate General of Customs and Excise, improving operational reporting and analytical decision support across Riau and West Sumatra.

I designed and developed the Customs Intelligence Analysis Program (CIAP), a platform adopted as the Regional Intelligence Database. CIAP centralized fragmented operational and intelligence data, integrated 13 modules, and reduced reporting turnaround from days to minutes through self-service dashboards.

I also built Automated Target Crawling to replace manual shipment screening with a standardized, data-driven workflow, enabling faster target identification and reducing spreadsheet-based work.

Since 2021, I've used Power BI, DAX, Power Query, Excel, and SharePoint to build data models, automate recurring reporting, analyze operational risks, and train colleagues within Indonesia's Ministry of Finance.
