At Nando's PERi-PERi, I manage facilities for a three-floor location alongside the corporate Facilities Director, coordinating work orders, service providers, equipment maintenance, and capital projects including a patio rebuild, lighting replacement, and exterior renovation.

I've built the Excel trackers, daily workbooks, training sheets, cleaning logs, and inventory pars that support recurring operations. I also manage vendor correspondence, invoices, expense reporting, payroll, scheduling, workforce planning, compliance records, and onboarding for a team of 15+.

Previously at 7-Eleven, I rebuilt two returned franchise locations into profitable operations that were successfully sold to new franchisees. I recruited and trained store teams, managed inventory and facilities, reconciled daily deliveries, and developed supplier relationships with brands including Monster, Red Bull, Pepsi, Coca-Cola, and Frito-Lay.

My management foundation began at Denny's, where I advanced from server to Restaurant Manager and led staffing, compliance, employee relations, accounts payable, cash reconciliation, payroll, and monthly financial reporting. I'm bringing 10+ years of hands-on operations experience, Google project management training, and HR credentials into a corporate office and operations environment.
