I’m looking for a role where I can use HR analytics and strategic research to improve retention and onboarding, support DEI/CSR initiatives, and collaborate cross-functionally to deliver measurable people outcomes.

I’m currently a Project Trainee at KFC, where I conduct workforce planning research across 20+ outlets and identify key attrition drivers. I benchmark retention and recognition practices across the QSR sector to create scalable best practices.
