I led strategic sourcing process for cross-cutting projects and functions within MEESA region more so to the Shared Services Center.
The goal of this assignment was to ensure Plan International develops a database of quality suppliers per category of spend to aide achievement of her strategic objectives

I led procurement of and oversaw successful partial completion of 38 earmarked WASH and construction based projects with a value of $24M.

My mandate here was to deliver on the strategic and operational goals of CARE Kenya's supply chain function ensuring the unit provided efficient and quality management of supply chain services for both humanitarian and development aspects while ensuring compliance with both organizational and donor policies as well as value for money

Under this role, I gave general oversight to the supply chain function while ensuring value for money, compliance, risks and team management. This being a fast moving consumer goods sector, my key responsibilities included;
a. Timely and cost effective supplier and sourcing management
b. Contract negotiations
c. Stakeholders relationships management.

I led the supply chain function for the organization in more than 10 counties with our presence and managed tendering and contracting processes for various categories of spend ensuring value for money and compliance

My role here focused on managing end to end procurement processes to ensure timely, cost effective and compliant Acquisition of goods and services. This included Developing sourcing strategies, identifying and evaluating suppliers, negotiating favorable terms and managing stakeholders relationships to achieve value for money.

My role here involved giving transactional RFx support for all the categories of spend within the organization.

Running transactional operations in the drugs store/warehouse including oders processing, invoicing,orders expedition and deliveries management

Incharge of product sourcing and stock management within the hotel

Receipt and issuance of school stock
Consolidation of user requests and orders processing.
