I’m a client-focused professional with over 8 years of experience in the security systems industry, built on a technical foundation in Network Security and Safety Operations. I combine communication, technical troubleshooting, and problem-solving to help customers feel confident and supported.

In my recent role as a Customer Service Representative at TaskUS (2023 - 2025), I handled technical chat support by resolving customer concerns related to home security systems. I provided remote troubleshooting and technical guidance, supported device upgrade processes and scheduling technical visits, and coordinated logistics tracking with drivers to deliver accurate locations and ETAs to clients.
