I've planned automotive programs at Panasonic Automotive Systems Malaysia, coordinating machine-delivery timelines, mass production events, customer demand, shipments, and cross-functional issue resolution.

I led weekly CFT meetings, prepared management reporting for Program Business Owners and Japan PICs, tracked sales and annual revenue, and achieved KPI targets for selling profit percentage. I also recovered obsolescence material costs from customers and supported quality and waste-eradication projects.

Previously, I planned production at HZ Green Pulp by coordinating marketing, store, purchasing, and production teams. I helped meet 95% of customer demand and kept shipments running without issues.

My earlier sales experience at NRG Exhibitions strengthened my customer communication, cold calling, event planning, budgeting, and team leadership. I'm continuing to broaden my experience through operations administration, insurance documentation, and stock trading while working toward becoming a Business Advisor.
