I’m looking to contribute to organisational growth through effective people and process management—handling talent, engagement, performance, learning programs, and HRIS administration in a structured, compliance-focused environment.

I am an HR professional with experience across talent acquisition, employee engagement, performance management, learning and development, and HR information systems (HRIS). I’ve managed end-to-end recruiting, onboarding/offboarding, HR transactions, and employee lifecycle administration while ensuring SLA compliance and accurate employee data.

Across roles at EY, IBM, and other organizations, I administered SAP SuccessFactors LMS, coordinated learning programs, and produced learning reports using Power BI. I also support HR policy implementation, stakeholder management, performance appraisal cycles, and compliance with global process standards—so teams can operate smoothly and continuously improve.
