I’m looking for a role where I can blend sales operations, ISO 9001 quality, and customer service—using data analysis to improve workflows, support cross-functional teams, and keep customers’ deliveries and expectations on track.

I’m an Industrial Engineer with hands-on experience in sales operations, quality assurance, customer service, and production planning across international manufacturing environments.

I coordinate with distributors and customers to manage quotations, orders, billing inquiries, and delivery timelines—keeping customer communication constant to strengthen business relationships.

I support operational improvements aligned with ISO 9001 standards, including handling customer quality incidents, preparing audit documentation, and using compiled data analysis to resolve concerns with suppliers, engineering, and production teams.

Alongside that, I’ve contributed to workflow and planning efficiency through production scheduling, export priority management, and executive/operations support—bringing strong organization and problem-solving to cross-functional teams.
