At Hatikvah Communications & General Engineering Ltd and Sovereign Communication Ltd, I support telecommunications engineers with network infrastructure installation, site preparation, and field maintenance. I assist with cable routing and equipment handling, and help keep field tools operational through preventive maintenance and basic repairs.
I also provide first-line support for field hardware and desktop operating systems, troubleshoot local network connectivity, and assist with software installation and configuration on field devices. I follow workplace health and safety procedures across field assignments.
Before this work, I was a Security Officer at Teyseer SecurityServices, where I maintained safety, surveillance, and access control procedures and received a Certificate of Appreciation. I’ve completed ALX training in cybersecurity and applied AI, and I’m looking for work as a Fibre Technician or Technical Support Specialist.
