What I'm looking for

I'm looking for a 100% remote role where I can own operations and automation end-to-end — designing workflows, building no-code systems, and turning complex processes into something the team can actually run on their own. Ideally working closely with leadership or founders who move fast and need someone who figures things out without being micromanaged.

I turn messy operations into reliable, automated systems. No code required.

With 6+ years of fully remote experience, I specialize in workflow automation, no-code app building, and CRM administration. At Smart Foundation Repair, I manage everything from construction permit coordination to GoHighLevel agency-level admin — including AI agent implementation, telecom compliance (A2P, SHAKEN/STIR, CNAM), and full sub-account setup from scratch.

I build internal tools and dashboards in Noloco and Airtable that non-technical teams can actually use, and I design cross-platform automations in Zapier, Make, and n8n that eliminate manual work at scale.

Outside of automation, I handle Google Workspace and Slack administration, onboarding/offboarding workflows, and Tier-1 technical support. Basically, if a system touches operations, I've probably built, broken, or fixed it.
