What I'm looking for

I'm looking to lead talent acquisition transformation, global workforce strategy, executive recruiting, and scalable in-house recruiting functions that create measurable business value.

I built ITG Brands' internal talent acquisition infrastructure from the ground up, replacing its RPO model and generating $4.6M in cumulative savings over two years. I lead talent strategy across corporate, manufacturing, and national field and sales hiring, including approximately 800 annual sales representative hires.

Across Organon, Stanley Black & Decker, and Allstate, I've led global recruiting operations, executive search, workforce planning, talent intelligence, and CRM implementation. My work spans North America, LATAM, MENAT, and APAC, with a focus on practical sourcing strategies, recruiting automation, and measurable pipeline performance.

I've also built early-career, university, internship, and military-veteran pipelines; led M&A talent due diligence and integration; and developed employer-brand programs that improve talent attraction. I partner closely with executive leaders to turn organizational growth plans into scalable talent strategies.
