I’m looking for remote-first operations work where I can run CRM and records, coordinate research/data workflows, and turn information into clear, decision-ready outputs—reliably, with zero hand-holding, and strong attention to detail.

I help businesses make better decisions through research, data, and KESEGO structured operational support. As a remote-first Operations Specialist, I keep teams organised, informed, and moving by managing CRM systems, research workflows, and data operations with strong detail focus.

In my freelance work with Back Office Africa, I build and maintain CRM structures that give clients clean visibility into contacts, pipelines, and follow-up actions—eliminating data gaps. I also source, verify, and structure market and operational data into clear, actionable briefs, while keeping client records audit-ready, reducing time lost searching, and enabling confident day-to-day operations across time zones.
