What I'm looking for

I’m looking for an AWS-focused role where I can support virtualized environments, automate infrastructure with Terraform/CloudFormation, and grow into cloud engineering while helping deliver scalable, resilient, and secure systems.

I’m an AWS Certified Cloud Foundational technical support engineer with a strong focus on AWS. I’m passionate about building scalable, resilient, and secure IT infrastructure, and I bring a continuous learning mindset with a collaborative approach.

In my current role as a Technical Support Engineer L1 at AlliedDigitalServices Ltd., I support enterprise environments across virtualization and core services. I handle the Virtual Machine work for the “Pune Smart City & Jalandhar project,” manage and update user/group policy, and install “windows, ubuntu and Linux on physical server.”

Previously, I worked as a Trainee Customer Support Engineer supporting “Backend Support – Compliance & Asset Management” for KotakLifeInsurance. I handled compliance activities and “Physical Asset Verification (PAV),” coordinated with regional teams for compliance execution, and maintained documentation, reporting, and checklists for audit readiness.

Earlier, as an IT Support Engineer (FedEx onsite), I delivered on-site desktop support, resolved application issues to ensure system uptime, and supported network connectivity and end-user assistance. I also worked with “Microsoft Azure Portal, Microsoft O365, Okta MFA setup, and AD Toolkit,” and performed “Software Installations, Moves, Adds, and Changes (IMAC).” I’m now eager to deepen my cloud engineering impact using AWS and automation.
