I provide day-to-day infrastructure operations and technical support, with a strong focus on keeping systems stable and responsive. I work across Linux and Windows environments to troubleshoot issues quickly and reduce downtime.

In my CloudOps Engineer L1 role, I administered and maintained Linux (Red Hat, Ubuntu, CentOS) and Windows servers, monitored infrastructure alerts with Nagios and Zabbix, and managed virtual machines using Proxmox. I ensured high server uptime by resolving system issues proactively and responding through email, ticketing, and live chat.

As a System Administrator, I support employees with hardware, software, and network-related troubleshooting. I monitor and troubleshoot system performance and connectivity, assist with installations and updates, and maintain IT inventory while documenting issues and solutions.

I’ve also completed Red Hat System Administration training (RH124 and RH134), reinforcing my approach to disciplined operations and reliable system administration. I’m comfortable working with Git and Docker (basic knowledge) and AWS basics as I continue expanding my tooling and automation skills.
