What I'm looking for
I'm a U.S. Air Force veteran with 27 years of combined military and federal service, specializing in transformational leadership development, coaching, and conflict resolution. Throughout my career, I’ve coached senior executives, designed and facilitated leadership programs across global communities, and led training initiatives for military and civilian teams. I’ve logged over 8,000 hours facilitating workshops—virtually and in person—on emotional intelligence, organizational development, and conflict transformation.
Currently, I run Two Truths Solutions, where I deliver custom leadership coaching and conflict training for individuals and organizations. I’m passionate about helping people navigate tough conversations, lead with empathy, and grow through tension. My core interests lie in building inclusive cultures, facilitating brave dialogue, and guiding others toward personal and professional clarity.
Assessment tools I use include DISC, Tetramap, Leadership Agility 360, and The Leadership Challenge 360. I’m also certified to teach leadership development curricula like The Leadership Challenge, Crucial Conversations, Crucial Accountability, and Influencer.
