At UNIS Logistics, I process and monitor 60–120 DTC and B2B orders daily across about 10 clients, including domestic and international shipments. I work to meet client SLAs, from same-day DTC shipments to 24–48-hour B2B shipments.
I track shipments from order release to delivery and coordinate pickup and delivery schedules with carriers. When delays, missed pickups, or OSD cases arise, I follow up until they’re resolved and keep clients and internal teams informed.
At Hunger Rush – Order Ai, I monitored AI order-taking bots handling pizza orders across the United States and took over orders when the AI made errors. Earlier, at Alorica Teleservices Inc., I handled hotel reservations, guest billing, and inquiries for U.S. properties.
