I’m looking for a high-trust HR role where I can own employee lifecycle operations and HRIS programs, partner cross-functionally, and continuously improve service delivery, compliance, and employee experience in a fast-scaling tech environment.

I’m a Senior HR Operations and People Services professional with 8+ years of experience delivering employee lifecycle support across APJ in global technology environments. I focus on onboarding, offboarding, HRIS administration, HR case management, payroll and benefits coordination, immigration support, and statutory compliance—always with accurate, customer-focused HR support. I partner closely across HRBPs, Payroll, Talent Acquisition, Benefits, and external vendors to deliver a consistent employee experience.

Most recently, as a Senior HR Partner at SpaceX (Grok & Imagine), I managed end-to-end employee lifecycle operations across JAPAC, served as a key point of contact for Tier 1–3 HR queries, and maintained Workday for data accuracy, timely processing, and audit alignment. I also spearheaded a global HRIS migration from Rippling to Workday for ~3,500 employees and 10,000+ contractors, led statutory benefits transformation in Singapore and Korea, and launched and scaled a new fertility benefits program across JAPAC.
