What I'm looking for

I'm looking for an opportunity in IT support, technical assistance, or a junior IT role where I can contribute while continuing to improve my technical knowledge and service quality.

At the ICT Division, Calamba Municipality, I provided technical support to municipal office users during 600 hours of hands-on training as an IT Technician Trainee. I helped troubleshoot computer, printer, software, operating system, and connectivity issues.

I installed and maintained workstations and office IT equipment, assisted with basic network checks, and documented support activities and solutions. I also helped non-technical users with basic system and software use.

For a web-based system development project, I developed a dynamic system using PHP, MySQL, HTML, CSS, and JavaScript. I used XAMPP and phpMyAdmin for database connectivity and management, and applied CRUD operations and form validation.
