I combine frontline behavioral health and substance-use recovery experience with years of advisory work focused on process management, SOP adherence, and audit readiness. I’m at my best when I can translate compliance requirements into practical, repeatable workflow discipline that teams can execute confidently.

In my current Operations & Process Lead role, I manage end-to-end operational workflows across a diverse client portfolio, maintaining structured case progression from intake through resolution. I reinforce documentation accuracy, internal controls, and audit readiness, and I act as an escalation point for complex cases using root-cause analysis to protect timelines, outcomes, and downstream impact.

Before that, I worked inside a hospital substance-use recovery program, delivering psychological assessment, counselling, and behavioral intervention for approximately 400 enrolled clients. I also contributed to Standard Operating Procedures for treatment and prevention, building real, regulated-environment familiarity with intake, treatment workflows, multidisciplinary coordination, and discharge planning.

I value cross-functional collaboration, confidentiality, and ethical practice—because strong operations in healthcare only work when clinical, administrative, and back-office functions move together. I’m available for full-time remote contractor engagement aligned to US Eastern Time, and I’m committed to rapid onboarding on US frameworks such as HIPAA, ACHC, CARF, and Medicare/Medicaid.
