I’m looking for challenging opportunities for professional development and career growth, where I can apply my analytical problem-solving, compliance focus, and strong customer service to help teams and clients succeed.

I’m an outreach and process-focused professional with a strong analytical mindset and a commitment to excellent customer service. I’m “detail-oriented” and effective at managing multiple tasks while supporting both internal and external clients.

In my current Outreach Coordinator role, I manage client intake, calendars, meeting scheduling, and travel arrangements. I also interview and evaluate clients to determine needs and eligibility using state and local government guidelines, connect people with community resources and employment opportunities, and safeguard confidential client information.

Across my contract work, I’ve handled healthcare and program enrollment workflows and compliance auditing. I process applications and re-applications for provider enrollment, verify approval/denial through the CORE application, and audit for Medicaid and policy compliance using the Indiana Medicaid Portal, while tracking disbursements and tasks in Operations Manager and K2 Management systems.

I bring additional experience in eligibility and benefits operations, including LIHTC eligibility tracking through Indiana’s portal, quality control audits for IRS/HUD compliance, and retirement benefits processing using PeopleSoft Financials/Oracle and State Street programs. Earlier, I built a quality and testing foundation through SDLC/Agile-based functional and regression testing on IEDSS software, combining manual and automated testing to identify, track, and resolve defects.
