What I'm looking for

I’m looking for a role where I can support people through fair evaluation and processing of reintegration and livelihood programs, strengthen guidance and counseling initiatives, and collaborate in a people-centered environment.

I’m a Labor and Employment Officer III serving as a focal person for Romblon Province, evaluating and processing applications for Department of Migrant Workers (DMW) initiatives. I manage reintegration and livelihood programs for returning OFWs, support career transitions through the SPIMS Program, and help provide financial relief to distressed workers via the AKSYON Fund.

In 2024, I worked as a Guidance Advocate at Romblon State University – San Agustin Campus. I spearheaded student support by conducting initial intakes and providing baseline counseling to promote academic success and emotional well-being.

I’ve also served as a Reintegration Regional Focal Person (2022–2023) for DMW-MIMAROPA, where I evaluated and processed applications for reintegration and livelihood programs, the SPIMS Program, and the AKSYON Fund. Earlier, as an OWWA Rebate Program – Focal Person (2020–2021), I administered OWWA initiatives by evaluating client applications and matching returning OFWs and their families with appropriate livelihood and reintegration programs.

As a Registered Psychometrician with CSC Professional Eligibility, I bring a counseling-informed approach to program work. I’m committed to inclusive, early intervention strategies and I adapt quickly, communicate clearly, and work well under pressure to support people through real needs.
