Vince Felisilda

I’m a Registered Psychometrician (RPm) who blends psychological assessment with operations, documentation management, and client-centered service delivery. I help organizations make evidence-informed decisions through reliable evaluation, clear reporting, and responsive communication.

In my current role, I conduct psychological assessments, support end-to-end recruitment, and coordinate training needs—from identifying gaps to monitoring implementation and effectiveness. I also help strengthen workplace support through employee motivation, teamwork initiatives, and employee retention activities, while assisting with GAD plans aligned with gender-responsive policies.

Previously, I worked as a Psychometrician at a rehabilitation center, where I provided counseling and guidance for clients dealing with substance use and mental health concerns. I managed 201 case files with accurate documentation and legal compliance, and I supported program development and compliance requirements for DOH accreditation, including implementing structured Family Sessions and an Outpatient Program for continuing care and relapse prevention.

I’m also grounded in research and analytics. As a principal investigator for an undergraduate psychological study, I led conceptualization, data gathering, and statistical analysis using Jamovi—then translated findings into research documentation and presentations. With tools like SPSS, Jamovi, and structured assessment batteries, I bring both rigor and practical empathy to every program I support.
